A water based treatment which neutralises rust. It stabilises the surface and forms a protective coating once dry. It seals and primes so no primer is required allowing to topcoat directly. It will form a barrier against water vapour, oxygen and carbon dioxide. Resistant to salt spray and bacterial growth.
